Terms of use
Effective October 28, 2026.
By using the Big Rig Pass app or bigrigpass.com you agree to these terms. We kept them short.
A study aid, not the official test
Big Rig Pass is not affiliated with any government agency. We write the questions in our own words from the California, Texas and Florida CDL handbooks. Your state's handbook and licensing office decide what the test asks and what the rules are, and their word wins over ours. Manuals and rules change, and a question can be wrong. If you find one, tap Report on it or write to us. We cannot promise that practice here means you will pass.
Free, with ads
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, as the privacy policy describes. Nothing in the app is for sale.
Our content
We wrote the questions, answers and explanations, and they belong to us. Use them to study. Do not copy the question bank, republish it, or scrape it from the app or the site. The handbooks belong to the agencies that publish them.
Reports
Use the report form for real problems with a question. Do not send spam or anything unlawful through it. We may ignore or delete any report.
Changes to the app
We may update the app and the site, change what they do, or stop offering them.
Liability
We provide Big Rig Pass "as is". We cannot promise that it will run without a break or without errors, or that every question is correct. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including a failed test. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye govern these terms.
